Yes! Both floor plans have a model unit for folks to view. The model is currently open Wednesdays-Saturdays from 11-5pm, and Sundays from 1-5pm at 223 Cline Way in Beaufort.

There is a 30 day rental minimum for the townhomes at 1809 Live Oak.

The Lookout floor plan is priced in the 370s (standard) and the Harbour floor plan is priced in the low 390s (standard). There are several upgrade and a la carte options to choose from which would change the price.
